1.Who we are

Love & Leverage ("we", "us") runs the community, its introductions and this website (loveleveragegroup.com). We are the party responsible for your information. You can reach us any time by email at benjamin@loveleveragegroup.com or juli@loveleveragegroup.com.

2.What we collect

We only collect what we need to introduce you to relevant people:

• Your name and email, so we can reply to you and set up a call.
• Your WhatsApp number and public WhatsApp profile name, once you become a member.
• What you tell us: your goals, what you need, what you offer, and any messages, voice notes, or images you send us, including on calls.
• Links you choose to share (for example a LinkedIn URL), which we may read to help complete your profile.
• Your connection activity: who you asked to meet, and whether introductions were accepted.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not buy your data from anyone.

3.How we use it

• To build your profile and understand what you're looking for.
• To find a small number of high-quality matches, using our own judgment.
• To show a short profile of you in our private member directory, only with your consent.
• To make warm introductions, always with consent (see below).
• To keep the service working and prevent abuse.

4.Consent and sharing contacts

This is the core promise: we never share your phone number with another person without asking you first. When someone would like to connect with you, we ask you. Only if you say yes do the two of you receive each other's contact. You can decline, with no explanation needed. We never reveal other members' phone numbers or private details without their yes.

5.Service providers we use

To run the community we rely on a few trusted providers, such as email, video-call, messaging (WhatsApp) and secure hosting services. They process data only on our behalf, and we never sell your data.

6.Legal basis

Because our community includes people in the European Union and in Colombia, we follow both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012. We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the community. You can withdraw consent at any time.

7.How long we keep it

We keep your profile while you are part of the community. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your profile and messages. We may keep minimal records where the law requires it.

8.Your rights

You can, at any time:

• See or correct what we hold about you.
• Pause messages from us.
• Delete your profile and everything tied to it.
• Withdraw consent or object to how we use your data.

Just email benjamin@loveleveragegroup.com or juli@loveleveragegroup.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9.Security

Your data lives on a private, firewalled server. The admin tools are protected by login and served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable measures to keep your information safe.

10.Children

The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11.Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to members directly.

1.What the service is

Love & Leverage is a free, curated community. Benjamin and Juli get to know what you're working on and, when it truly fits, introduce you to relevant people. It is a way to meet people, not a fund, a syndicate, a securities offering, or investment advice.

2.Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for yourself, with real and accurate information about who you are.

3.What you can expect

We aim for fewer, better introductions. We make a small number of high-quality introductions and often none, on purpose. We can't guarantee a match, a reply, a deal, or any particular outcome. Introductions are opportunities, not promises.

4.Your responsibilities

• Give honest information about yourself.
• Treat other members with respect.
• Don't use the community to spam, sell aggressively, or harvest people's contacts.
• Don't share another member's contact details without their permission.
• Follow the law and WhatsApp's own terms.

5.Introductions and consent

We share your contact details with another member only after you say yes, and we ask the other person before sharing theirs. When you accept an introduction, you agree to your contact being shared with that specific person. How you communicate after that is up to you both.

6.Membership tiers

Being part of the community is free. We may offer additional tiers or services for members who want to go deeper with us. Any tier is optional, and we will explain its terms clearly before you join it. We won't take away what you already have.

7.Availability

The community runs on WhatsApp and other third-party services, so we can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may improve, pause, or change parts of the service over time.

8.Leaving

You can stop at any time, just ask us to pause or delete your profile, or email us at benjamin@loveleveragegroup.com or juli@loveleveragegroup.com. We may also remove anyone who is dishonest, abusive, or harmful to the community.

9.Our responsibility

We provide the service with care but "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between members, for missed opportunities, or for outcomes of any introduction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

10.Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws where we operate, and we respect the data-protection rights of members in both the European Union (GDPR) and Colombia (Ley 1581 de 2012).
