From disconnection to unity.
Love & Leverage exists to bridge the gap between disconnection, from ourselves and from each other, and unity. And to grow a circle of abundance among the people doing that work, then keep widening the circle. We do it by solving the bottlenecks in the missions that matter, freely.
Why we exist
Weaving a new world, together.
So much of what feels broken, in business and beyond it, starts with disconnection: from who we are, and from each other.
We believe the way back is simple and demanding at once. Be fully yourself. Love the world as it is. Put your gifts to work in service of it. When people who live this way find each other, and the resources to act, the effect spreads.
In practice, we see where each person fits. We understand what is holding a mission back and bring in the capital, media, talent or founder who unlocks it. Each of us is a piece of a larger puzzle, and we help the pieces find each other.
A calling, in action
A calling is a divine spark in your heart. It arrives on its own, you can’t always explain it, and it asks to be born through you.
The people in this circle turn that spark into grounded action. They tend it, patiently, until it becomes a sacred fire. That is the violet flame in our mark: carried from the heart, across the scale, out into the world.
The question we’re living
What would the world look like if everyone were themselves?
If each of us loved what we do and followed the spark that is ours, what would healthcare look like? Education? Medicine? The way we build companies and move capital?
We don’t claim to know. We want to find out, together, with people who want to find out too. Every mission we help move forward is an experiment in that direction.
